I was pleasantly surprised by the interior design of the hotel. The calming ambiance and comfortable room with newly painted walls made for a delightful stay. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The staff at the Blue Balcony Hotel were exceptional and incredibly helpful, some of the best I've encountered in a hotel. The location of the hotel, right next to the old town, was perfect. Additionally, the delicious breakfast featuring different local specialties each day was a treat. The bed in my room was very comfortable, and I loved the overall decor. I was fortunate to have a room on the same level as reception, which made things very convenient.
While the hotel was situated on the main road, the entrance was through an extremely small road, which was a bit disappointing. The lack of blackout curtains and thicker windows/doors meant that there was some noise from the main road that could be heard in the room.

The hotel's location was great – close to the city center and with easy access to local attractions. I also appreciated the friendly staff that welcomed me warmly and offered me helpful advice about the area. The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and provided a good start to my day.
The noise from the street was a big issue – I found it hard to sleep at night due to the lack of soundproofing. the room was quite small which made it difficult to move around, especially with my luggage.
